Do something creative for a few minutes or a few hours.
What could you emerge yourself in that will take your mind away from the chattering brain. Get you in "the zone". Schedule time in your calendrer. There are endless possibilities. It could be gardening, painting, making a video, mowing the lawn, or washing dishes. I like to wash dishes. I love the bubbles. Is that creative? I think so. The action is emotionless. My mind is set free and I am in that zone of being.
