Low Carb Puppy Chow

I loved this when I was a kid. It is a fun recipe that is easy to make with kids and taste pretty yummy!

*Substitute dairy products if you wish. It will make this lower in carbs.

Servings: 20 Total time: 10 min
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Lilly’s Milk Chocolate Chips
1 (5 oz) Bag Plain Pork Rinds
1/3 Cup Lakanto Monkfuitt powered sugar


Melt butter, peanut butter and Chocolate Chips in microwave. Stir every 20 – 30 seconds until melted.

Put Pork Rinds in large mixing bowl. Pour melted sauce on pork rinds stir until they are all well coated. Sprinkle powder sugar on top and toss.


This is good in the fridge for up to two weeks.
